Please join us Saturday as we introduce you to volunteer opportunities at the ranch and continue to build up our urban farm-based nonprofit, EmpoweRanch, for our outdoor educational and therapeutic recreation programs!
Join us 9am-11am. Volunteer orientation is from 9:15-9:45am where we'll introduce you to our ranch partners and take a tour for those interested in joining our volunteer team!
We have projects for all ages and abilities. Please email JessiV@EmpoweRanch.org with any accommodation/accessibility needs.
For the safety and health of our animals and yours, please do not bring pets (service animals only - please advise if bringing a service animal so we can accommodate as our ranch dogs often attend our volunteer days).
For groups larger than six, or to schedule a different volunteer time/group volunteer project, contact Jessi at JessiV@EmpoweRanch.org
Please WEAR: boots/closed-toe shoes, comfortable weather-appropriate clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or painted on, sunscreen/hat/sunglasses
Please BRING: Water/drinks, work gloves, any tools you'd like to use that might be helpful for ranch projects.

Volunteer projects may include:
-BUILDING our plastic supply sheds
- GROOMING our horses
- CLEANING & CONDITIONING saddles, bridles, and other horse tack/equipment
- GARDENING - pulling weeds, pruning, and planting seeds in our garden (we love flower, seedling, and seed donations!)
-FILLING bird feeders and hummingbird feeders
-AND much more!

Bring your kiddos that need volunteer hours for school, or simply want to come out and be a part of an amazing contribution to this community. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Allergy awareness: Horses, chickens, other farm animals, and hay on farm.
